National Honor Society

The National Honor Society is a nationwide organization that promotes the ideals of scholarship, service, leadership, and character in the secondary school student.  Student selection by the NHS faculty council is an honor based on student attainment of the four criteria mentioned; scholarship is not the sole criteria for induction.  On this page you will find the Paul VI NHS membership selection procedures, as well as other services provided by NHS.

Tutoring

  • NHS Tutoring

    The National Honor Society provides peer/peer tutoring services for students who need remedial assistance. Daily peer/peer tutoring sessions take place in the Media Center during free periods. Tutoring schedules are posted in the Media Center and the guidance office. The schedule lists NHS students who are qualified in particular areas, and who are available for other students who need to be tutored throughout the school day.
