  Play Like a Champion Today is a national initiative, based at the University of Notre Dame, to educate ethically responsible sports leaders and promote a positive sports culture for all young people.   Our curricula are based on the latest research in youth and adolescent development. We believe youth sports should be fair, inclusive, character-building, fitness-focused, safe, and fun. All Play Like a Champion Today Coach Clinics are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Coaching Education (NCACE). NCACE has called our program “a prototype for other organizations seeking to promote excellence in coaching preparation.” Coaches, parents, and schools are enthusiastic about Play Like a Champion Today. In surveys, nearly 95 percent of coaches said they would recommend the Play Like a Champion Today clinic to others. Nearly 70 percent said the clinic had changed their whole approach to coaching!
